1. Introduction

This Terms of Service (TOS) document outlines the terms and conditions under which Oznic, a general-purpose Discord bot, may collect, use, and share user data. By using Oznic, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use Oznic or any of its features.

2. Data Collection

Oznic may collect the following types of data :-

1. User Data 
				

i. 	 User ID 
ii.  Favorite command name 
iii. Number of times favorite command has been executed 
iv.  Total number of commands executed 
v.   Playlist data generated by playlist command (e.g., playlist name, 
	 track names) 
vi.  Any other command data required for the bot's 
     functionality (e.g., reminders) 

Some user data may be automatically deleted after it is used for its intended purpose. However, please note that Oznic does not share any user data to third parties unless legally required to do so.
2. Server Data 
				

i. 	 Server ID
ii.  Server name
iii. Volume of the music player
iv.  Auto role ID (if auto role system is being used)
v.   Ticket system data (divided into two parts: general ticket 
     data and per-ticket data)
vi.  Music Controller Data (e.g., queue, loop status, controller
     embed message id, controller embed message channel id)
vii. reaction role data (e.g., message id, role id, emoji, etc)

1. General Ticket Data:

a. Total tickets
b. Last ticket index
c. Ticket helper role ID
d. New ticket created in category ID
e. Active tickets


2. Per-Ticket Data:

a. User ID who created the ticket
b. Ticket channel ID
c. Ticket title

Some server data may be automatically deleted after it is used for its intended purpose. However, please note that Oznic does not share any server data to third parties unless legally required to do so.
3. Data Use and Sharing
Oznic uses and shares collected data for the following purposes :-

Oznic reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time without notice. Please check these TOS periodically for updates. By continuing to use Oznic after any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified TOS. If you do not agree to any changes, please discontinue using Oznic.
